Akeer Gai Magot Kuereng is a South Sudanese researcher, writer, and advocate for women's economic empowerment based in Juba. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Juba. Her work focuses on gender, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, youth leadership, and community development, and she has contributed to research that informs programs and policies on women's economic participation and inclusive development. She writes about the social and economic realities shaping communities in South Sudan, with a commitment to amplifying local voices and advancing conversations on gender equality, economic justice, and sustainable development.
