Hana Baba
Hana Baba is an award-winning Sudanese-American radio journalist and co-host of The Stoop podcast. Based in San Francisco, she hosts Crosscurrents on NPR station KALW and reports on culture, diaspora, and identity. Her work has earned recognition from the National Association of Black Journalists and the Society of Professional Journalists. Hana also teaches audio journalism, works as a voice coach and narrator, and is active in her local Sudanese community, where she teaches a Sudanese Studies course for diaspora youth.
