Rania Elhassan is an ambitious young Sudanese professional in the humanitarian field with an academic background in sociology, social anthropology, and politics. Having experienced war firsthand and worked in war affected fields, she dedicates her time to advocating for peace and post-conflict social change. Rania has a long history of leading student movements, initiating many extracurricular activities that focus on empowering students and she unrelentingly promotes the enhancement of the educational system in Sudan. She is interested in the intersection of Geopolitics, development, and security policies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and giving free school lessons for students.
