Jacobs Seaman
Jacobs O. Seaman is a Ugandan journalist, novelist and satirist. He has worked with major dailies such as New Vision and Daily Monitor in Kampala, as well as The New Times newspaper in Rwanda in editing capacity. Jacobs has been writing a weekly column, The Empty Tin, in the Sunday Monitor, over the last five years and contributing content for arts and culture and society issues. He currently edits Sports at the Daily Monitor newspaper.
